Shipping and Return Information
Payment options:
We accept Personal checks, money orders, and paypal. Payment is expected within 7 calendar days after order is initiated. Paypal or money orders purchases are shipped within 3 business days. Check purchases must clear bank, delaying shipping up to 10 business days.
Shipment in the Continental United States:
All cookie jars shipped to the lower 48 states are sent by ground via Fed-Ex. No P.O. box. Mailing address only. Insurance valued up to the cost of the item is included with each order. As soon as the product has been shipped to you, you will receive an email notifying you your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Please contact us if you would prefer alternate shipping methods.
International Shipping:
Shipping charges for cookie jars sent outside the USA are sent USPS. Shipping and handling charges will be determined on an individual basis for cost. Insurance will be added, if requested.
How much is shipping/handling?
Depending on purchase, shipping/handling costs may differ. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will recalculate if purchasing more than one item.
Shipping Expectations:
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive item. You can keep track of your package by visiting the Fed-Ex website www.fedex.com and submit tracking number we have provided.
Canceling/Returning Order:
If you decide to cancel the order and the package has not been shipped, we would cancel an order at NO CHARGE. Please email us as soon as possible. If the package has already been purchased and you decide you no longer wish the item, either deny the delivery or send the item back in its original state. YOU are required to pay for the shipping costs along with the appropriate insurance. Once we have received the item in its original state, we will issue you your reimbursement however you paid for the item.
Breakage:
All items are shipped insured. If an item is received in a damaged condition, please call Fed-Ex at: 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) You will need to have the Fed-Ex Tracking number, located on the package, when you make the call. Keep the item along with the box for Fed-Ex pickup. They will notify us with a damage claim. Upon notification we will send out a replacement at no charge. If the item is no longer available you will receive a full credit for the item and shipping cost.
Sales Tax:
Florida State Residents: A sales tax of 6.5% must be added to the total of item. Shipping/handling is not included.
